If you want to move from spreadsheets to proper cloud accounting, Xero is a sensible place to start. The course is online, so Sargodha learners can begin straight away.
Sargodha is a regional centre in Punjab, well known for citrus orchards and agricultural trade, with a university and a growing set of service businesses. Many learners choose Xero to pair with a local package such as Tally or QuickBooks.
Learners from Satellite Town, University Road and the Cantt take the same online course. Our office is at 182-Y Block, DHA Phase 3, Lahore.
The syllabus below takes you from an empty Xero file to reconciled accounts, VAT and payroll set-up, and reports. You build on the same sample company all the way through.
Before any transaction is posted, the company file has to be set up properly. This module takes you from a blank trial organisation to a file that behaves like a real business.
A clean chart of accounts and correct opening balances are the foundation of every set of books. Mistakes made here follow you into every report.
Stock and assets are where many small-business books go wrong. You will practise setting them up so that cost of goods sold and depreciation come out correctly.
The sales cycle is the busiest part of most ledgers. This module follows a customer from first order to final settlement, including the awkward situations.
On the supplier side, accuracy matters because it controls what you pay and when. You will work through the full purchasing cycle.
Real ledgers contain entries that are not simple sales or purchases. This module covers the adjustments an accountant meets every month.
Bank reconciliation is the single most useful habit in bookkeeping. Here you learn to do it quickly and to find the cause when it does not balance.
The last module turns your entries into information. You will read the standard reports and see how tax and payroll fit into the same file.
With Xero, your accounting data sits in the cloud, so changes made by a bookkeeper are visible to the owner and the accountant at once. That collaboration is why many small firms and freelancers choose it. See the Xero website for the product range and Xero Central for the official help centre.
The course covers the features you will use most, with practice files, so you leave able to run a complete set of books.
Among the features you practise are the dashboard, contacts, sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, bank rules and reconciliation, fixed asset registers and standard reports. Each is shown with a worked example so you see the effect on the books, not only the screen.

Saad Nadeem is an ACCA-qualified trainer who has implemented accounting software for real companies, so every lesson comes with business context rather than a list of buttons.
Recorded lessons and a one-month schedule let you practise before or after work, from Sargodha or from anywhere else, and replay any topic as often as you need.
Cloud bookkeeping is a common freelancing skill; the course covers bank reconciliation, VAT and payroll basics that clients expect a bookkeeper to understand.
Message us on WhatsApp 0331-8433334 and we will point you to the right lesson or help you find where an entry went wrong.
You will not just click through menus. The lessons show why Xero makes each entry, what it does to the accounts and how to spot a mistake. Practice tasks use realistic transactions so you build habits, not just familiarity.
The aim is that you can open a Xero file you have never seen and understand it quickly.
The practice business in the course sells goods and services, buys from suppliers, holds some inventory, owns a few fixed assets and pays staff. That mix lets you see every major type of entry in one organisation and understand how they connect in the reports.
Cloud accounting travels well. The same Xero file can be reviewed by an accountant in another city or country, and the habits you build, consistent naming, regular reconciliation, clear notes, apply anywhere.
Treat the course as a foundation and keep learning from official Xero resources as features evolve.
If you handle invoices, bills and bank statements, or want to start doing so for clients, the Xero course is a good fit. Basic knowledge of debit and credit helps but is explained.
Expected outcomes: confident use of Xero’s main features, understanding of the accounting behind them and a completed set of practice books. We do not promise jobs or clients; outcomes depend on your effort.
Keep the final practice file as evidence of your work and as a template when you start your next organisation.
The certificate is Accountech’s own proof of completion. It does not replace formal accounting qualifications or Xero’s own programmes. Pair it with a portfolio of your practice work for best effect.
For official guidance, Xero Central is the place to continue.
Skills are easiest to prove with examples. Keep screenshots or exports of your invoices, reconciliations and reports from the practice file, and be ready to talk through them.
Short written explanations of how you handled a tricky transaction show reasoning as well as software skill.
Showing a finished practice file lets a hiring manager or client see how you work. It turns a general statement about Xero into evidence.
Xero is still a niche topic locally, so choose carefully. Look for a course that teaches the whole cycle, including reconciliation and reports, and that is honest about what a certificate means. Accountech teaches online, so learners in Sargodha get the same material as everyone else.
Ask any provider what happens after the basics: bank feeds, reconciliation, adjustments, VAT and payroll. Check whether you can contact someone with questions, and whether claims about jobs are realistic.
Finally, be cautious about courses that promise guaranteed jobs or clients; no course can honestly do that.
Accountech offers Xero Accounting training for Rs 3,000. The suggested schedule is one month, and the recorded lessons let you revisit any topic later. The Udemy version of the course includes lifetime access to the same video lessons.
The course includes 4.5 hours of on-demand video in 48 lectures, three downloadable resources and a certificate of completion.
If you prefer to learn in short bursts, the 48 lectures are easy to split across the month, for example a few lectures per day.
Our Xero course is delivered online, which suits students, working professionals and freelancers who cannot attend fixed classes. You watch recorded lectures, practise in a free trial organisation and contact us on WhatsApp if you get stuck.
A second screen helps: one for the video and one for your practice organisation.
Cloud accounting skills are useful across several roles. We list some examples below; none is guaranteed. Bookkeeper for a small business, accounts assistant at a firm that uses Xero, freelance bookkeeper for online clients, junior role at an accounting practice, or manager of your own company’s books.
Xero is more common in some markets than others, so check what employers near you use.
Some learners start by offering bookkeeping for small local businesses, using Xero’s collaboration features to share reports with the owner. Start small, deliver reliably and build from there.
Global use gives Xero skills wider reach than many local tools, but opportunities are not guaranteed. A strong foundation in accounting helps you adapt to any client’s needs.
Sargodha is a regional centre in Punjab, well known for citrus orchards and agricultural trade, with a university and a growing set of service businesses. Xero is less common in some local markets than Tally or QuickBooks, but it is widely used by international small businesses and practices. We cannot promise any job or client, but cloud bookkeeping is a skill that is useful in Sargodha and beyond.
Xero is easiest for those who know why each entry is made. Our lessons explain the reasoning alongside the clicks.
