Xero keeps accounting data online, which makes it easy to share with an accountant or client. In this course, you in Rawalpindi practise every step on a sample business.
Rawalpindi, the twin city of Islamabad, has busy bazaars, wholesalers, contractors and many family businesses around Saddar and Raja Bazaar. Because Xero is used overseas, the skill can also support freelance bookkeeping, though competition and rules vary by client.
Learners from Saddar, Satellite Town, Bahria Town and Chaklala take the same online course. Our office is at 182-Y Block, DHA Phase 3, Lahore.
The syllabus below takes you from an empty Xero file to reconciled accounts, VAT and payroll set-up, and reports. You build on the same sample company all the way through.
Before any transaction is posted, the company file has to be set up properly. This module takes you from a blank trial organisation to a file that behaves like a real business.
A clean chart of accounts and correct opening balances are the foundation of every set of books. Mistakes made here follow you into every report.
Stock and assets are where many small-business books go wrong. You will practise setting them up so that cost of goods sold and depreciation come out correctly.
The sales cycle is the busiest part of most ledgers. This module follows a customer from first order to final settlement, including the awkward situations.
On the supplier side, accuracy matters because it controls what you pay and when. You will work through the full purchasing cycle.
Real ledgers contain entries that are not simple sales or purchases. This module covers the adjustments an accountant meets every month.
Bank reconciliation is the single most useful habit in bookkeeping. Here you learn to do it quickly and to find the cause when it does not balance.
The last module turns your entries into information. You will read the standard reports and see how tax and payroll fit into the same file.
Xero is a cloud-based accounting platform that handles invoicing, bills, bank feeds, inventory, tax and payroll from one online dashboard. Because it runs in the browser, an owner, a bookkeeper and an outside accountant can work on the same books without sending files back and forth. The official Xero website explains the products and plans, and Xero Central is the help centre we recommend alongside the lessons.
In class we focus on the daily bookkeeping cycle that every Xero user needs, and we explain the accounting behind each screen so you understand why an entry is made.
Cloud accounting has a few habits worth learning early: reconcile frequently, keep contacts tidy, attach supporting documents and review reports before sending them to anyone. The course builds these habits into every exercise.

Associate Charted Certified Accountant (ACCA)
Saad Nadeem is an ACCA-qualified trainer who has implemented accounting software for real companies, so every lesson comes with business context rather than a list of buttons.
Recorded lessons and a one-month schedule let you practise before or after work, from Rawalpindi or from anywhere else, and replay any topic as often as you need.
Cloud bookkeeping is a common freelancing skill; the course covers bank reconciliation, VAT and payroll basics that clients expect a bookkeeper to understand.
Message us on WhatsApp 0331-8433334 and we will point you to the right lesson or help you find where an entry went wrong.
A good Xero course should leave you able to run the whole cycle, not just a few screens. That is why ours follows one practice business from opening balances to final reports, with a task at the end of each module.
You also get downloadable resources and a certificate of completion, and you can ask questions on WhatsApp.
Each module closes with a review of the reports affected, so you always connect what you entered with what the owner would read.
Cloud accounting travels well. The same Xero file can be reviewed by an accountant in another city or country, and the habits you build, consistent naming, regular reconciliation, clear notes, apply anywhere.
Treat the course as a foundation and keep learning from official Xero resources as features evolve.
Freelancers who want to offer remote bookkeeping, accounts staff, small business owners, commerce graduates and anyone from Rawalpindi who wants to learn cloud accounting. No earlier Xero experience is needed.
You finish with working knowledge of Xero: settings, contacts, invoices, bills, banking, fixed assets, VAT and payroll basics and reports. How you use that knowledge is up to you.
A good test of your learning is to rebuild a month of transactions without the video: set up contacts, enter invoices and bills, import a bank statement, reconcile and run the profit and loss and balance sheet. If you can do that and explain the results, you have achieved the course aim.
On completion you receive a certificate of completion for the course. It confirms that you finished the training with Accountech; it is not an accreditation from any outside body, and we do not present it as one. Employers and clients care more about what you can show, so we encourage you to keep your practice organisation and reports as a small portfolio.
Xero Central also offers official learning resources, a good next step if you will work with accountants who use the platform daily.
Skills are easiest to prove with examples. Keep screenshots or exports of your invoices, reconciliations and reports from the practice file, and be ready to talk through them.
Short written explanations of how you handled a tricky transaction show reasoning as well as software skill.
People who can show their work stand out. Even a simple set of reports from the practice company makes it easier to explain your skills.
Choose a provider that explains the accounting behind Xero and makes promises you can verify. Our course is online and open to Rawalpindi, and we do not guarantee jobs.
A good Xero course should list its modules, state its price and duration plainly, let you practise in a trial organisation and tell you honestly what a certificate is.
Also check whether the practice approach matches how you learn. Some people prefer short videos with exercises; others prefer long sessions. A recorded course lets you choose.
Accountech offers Xero Accounting training for Rs 3,000. The suggested schedule is one month, and the recorded lessons let you revisit any topic later. The Udemy version of the course includes lifetime access to the same video lessons.
The course includes 4.5 hours of on-demand video in 48 lectures, three downloadable resources and a certificate of completion.
If you prefer to learn in short bursts, the 48 lectures are easy to split across the month, for example a few lectures per day.
All teaching is online and on demand. You do not need to travel or keep to a timetable: watch a lecture, practise it in Xero and move to the next when ready.
If your internet is slow, download the resources first and watch lessons at times when the connection is better.
Roles that use cloud accounting include bookkeeper, accounts assistant, practice support and freelance bookkeeper. Xero is one of several packages, and a flexible learner who understands the accounting underneath can adapt.
We do not promise placement.
Consider combining Xero with Excel, Power BI or another tool to broaden what you can offer.
Global use gives Xero skills wider reach than many local tools, but opportunities are not guaranteed. A strong foundation in accounting helps you adapt to any client’s needs.
Rawalpindi, the twin city of Islamabad, has busy bazaars, wholesalers, contractors and many family businesses around Saddar and Raja Bazaar. Xero is a niche skill locally, so a clear, practised workflow can set you apart. We cannot promise any job or client, but cloud bookkeeping is a skill that is useful in Rawalpindi and beyond.
Xero rewards people who understand accounting first and software second. Keep practising the accounting cycle, and the software will follow.
