Xero has changed how small businesses keep their books: invoices go out by email, bank lines arrive through feeds and the accountant sees the same figures as the owner. Our course teaches you to run that cycle from Karachi.
Karachi is Pakistan’s largest city and its main port, so importers, exporters, distributors and service firms all generate heavy invoice and payment volumes. Xero is less common in some local markets than Tally or QuickBooks, but it is widely used by international small businesses and practices.
Learners from Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Clifton, North Nazimabad and Saddar take the same online course. Our office is at 182-Y Block, DHA Phase 3, Lahore.
Here is what the Xero course covers, in order. Every module uses one continuous practice organisation, which means the work you do early on is checked again at bank reconciliation and reporting time.
Before any transaction is posted, the company file has to be set up properly. This module takes you from a blank trial organisation to a file that behaves like a real business.
A clean chart of accounts and correct opening balances are the foundation of every set of books. Mistakes made here follow you into every report.
Stock and assets are where many small-business books go wrong. You will practise setting them up so that cost of goods sold and depreciation come out correctly.
The sales cycle is the busiest part of most ledgers. This module follows a customer from first order to final settlement, including the awkward situations.
On the supplier side, accuracy matters because it controls what you pay and when. You will work through the full purchasing cycle.
Real ledgers contain entries that are not simple sales or purchases. This module covers the adjustments an accountant meets every month.
Bank reconciliation is the single most useful habit in bookkeeping. Here you learn to do it quickly and to find the cause when it does not balance.
The last module turns your entries into information. You will read the standard reports and see how tax and payroll fit into the same file.
Xero is accounting software delivered through the web, used by small businesses and bookkeeping practices in many countries. It covers sales, purchases, banking, fixed assets, inventory, VAT or tax returns and payroll. You can read more on the Xero website, and Xero Central provides official help articles.
We teach it from the practical side: set up, enter, reconcile, report, with the accounting reasoning explained at each step.
Because Xero updates continually, we focus on concepts that stay stable and point you to official help for the latest screen changes.

Saad Nadeem is an ACCA-qualified trainer who has implemented accounting software for real companies, so every lesson comes with business context rather than a list of buttons.
Recorded lessons and a one-month schedule let you practise before or after work, from Karachi or from anywhere else, and replay any topic as often as you need.
Cloud bookkeeping is a common freelancing skill; the course covers bank reconciliation, VAT and payroll basics that clients expect a bookkeeper to understand.
Message us on WhatsApp 0331-8433334 and we will point you to the right lesson or help you find where an entry went wrong.
You will not just click through menus. The lessons show why Xero makes each entry, what it does to the accounts and how to spot a mistake. Practice tasks use realistic transactions so you build habits, not just familiarity.
The aim is that you can open a Xero file you have never seen and understand it quickly.
The practice business in the course sells goods and services, buys from suppliers, holds some inventory, owns a few fixed assets and pays staff. That mix lets you see every major type of entry in one organisation and understand how they connect in the reports.
Xero skills are portable. A freelancer, an in-house accountant or a small business owner can use the same ideas with international clients, since Xero is used in many countries. Understanding the cycle also helps you move to other accounting packages later.
If you plan to serve overseas clients, remember to learn each client’s local tax rules. Xero is flexible, but compliance depends on the country and the business.
This course suits accounts assistants, aspiring bookkeepers, agency or small-firm owners and graduates in Karachi who want a practical cloud accounting skill.
By the end of the course you can run a small company’s books in Xero from start to finish, and explain your entries. The practice organisation you build becomes a reference you can return to.
We encourage you to write a short note for yourself after each module on what you learned and what still feels uncertain, then revisit the uncertain parts.
The certificate is Accountech’s own proof of completion. It does not replace formal accounting qualifications or Xero’s own programmes. Pair it with a portfolio of your practice work for best effect.
For official guidance, Xero Central is the place to continue.
A small portfolio makes your claims concrete. It can include your practice file, a before-and-after of a corrected error and a one-page summary of the reports you produced.
When you describe your skills to a client, be specific: for example, that you reconcile bank accounts monthly, prepare management reports and can set up Xero for a new small company. Specifics build trust.
A portfolio gives you something concrete to discuss in an interview or a client proposal. It shows that you can follow a process, not only that you attended lessons.
When you compare Xero courses from Karachi, ask what the syllabus covers, how long the video is, whether practice is provided and what support you get. We publish our topics and fee openly, and the course runs online.
Ask any provider what happens after the basics: bank feeds, reconciliation, adjustments, VAT and payroll. Check whether you can contact someone with questions, and whether claims about jobs are realistic.
Finally, be cautious about courses that promise guaranteed jobs or clients; no course can honestly do that.
Course details at a glance: Rs 3,000, about one month, 48 lectures across 4.5 hours of video, three downloadable resources and a certificate of completion.
You study when it suits you. If you choose the Udemy edition, access to the lessons is for life.
For payment and enrolment details, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0331-8433334.
Delivery is through recorded video lessons with downloadable resources. If a lesson raises a question, send it to us on WhatsApp and we will point you to the right topic.
You will need a computer, a stable internet connection and a modern browser. Xero runs in the browser, so no installation is required.
Cloud accounting skills are useful across several roles. We list some examples below; none is guaranteed. Bookkeeper for a small business, accounts assistant at a firm that uses Xero, freelance bookkeeper for online clients, junior role at an accounting practice, or manager of your own company’s books.
Xero is more common in some markets than others, so check what employers near you use.
Some learners start by offering bookkeeping for small local businesses, using Xero’s collaboration features to share reports with the owner. Start small, deliver reliably and build from there.
Because Xero is an international product, learners can look beyond local markets. Freelance and remote work exist, but they are competitive and depend on your profile.
Karachi is Pakistan’s largest city and its main port, so importers, exporters, distributors and service firms all generate heavy invoice and payment volumes. Many learners choose Xero to pair with a local package such as Tally or QuickBooks. We cannot promise any job or client, but cloud bookkeeping is a skill that is useful in Karachi and beyond.
Software changes, but the accounting cycle stays the same. Learn the cycle well and you can pick up other tools more quickly.
